(Bio from Jonathan’s Blog)
Hello, and thank you for visiting The Capital Conservative Blog. My name is Jonathan Gaby, lead contributor (in fact the only contributor).I am a conservative Republican who lives in the capital of the commonwealth of Kentucky. The purpose of this blog is really an experiment in using new media, blogging and the internet, to spread the message of conservative values that make our country great. Critical to the mission of Capital Conservative is to exhort citizens of the commonwealth and nation to action, making these principles part of policy everywhere, from the town hall meetings to halls of congress in our nation’s capital.
Capital Conservative will endeavor to systematically address the issues presenting themselves to our nation, my state, and my city. Needed more than ever is a returning to a principled conservative stance and bringing those principles to bear on every issue on policy, governance, and decision-making. We’ll address lots of questions and provide resources when necessary to enable readers to not just hear what’s going on, but to do something about it. Who knows, Capital Conservative may produce activists in every circle of life and with the principles of conservative, run for office, win, and change policy for the better in their walks of life?
A little personal information about the writer of this blog. My name is Jonathan Gaby. I am a 2004 graduate of Campbellsville University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, and Founder and President of Fellowship for Christian Ministries. I have studied under nationally known professors in the evangelical community at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. I was raised in a small town, lived in a capital city, studied in theCincinnati/Northern Kentucky region, and have travelled abroad to Romania on mission trips.
